The Local Lodge is seeking approval for this motion under Article 5, Section D, second paragraph, to purchase calendar’s\/agenda’s for each member at a cost of $3.90 per booklet.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

There will be a maximum of 2000 agenda’s and the total expense amount including tax to the Local will be $ 8.814.00.<\/p>\n

The Executive Board has recommended this motion and is seeking the membership approval at the next monthly meeting which is scheduled for April 18, 2013.<\/p>\n
