In accordance with the recommendation of your Negotiations Committee, you voted to reject the Company\u2019s final offer and also voted by a significant majority in favour of \u201cSTRIKE.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>We will be seeking meetings with the Company to move these negotiations forward to a fair resolution.
