Dear Brothers and Sisters,<\/p>\n
Transportation District 140 Bylaws Article 11.03 states that: \u201cNominations for General Chairperson(s) will take place at the first (1st) Local Lodge meeting within the affected region during the month of September.\u201d<\/p>\n
In accordance with Article 11.01.05 of the Transportation District 140 Bylaws: \u201cAll designated General Chairpersons positions shall be nominated by and elected by the respective membership in each region and affiliated group.\u201d<\/p>\n
There will be elections on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 for the Service Designated Eastern Region General Chairperson position.<\/p>\n
All members who are in \u201cgood standing\u201d as per the IAMAW Constitution Article II, Section 04, who are employed in The Service Sector from Local Lodges within the Eastern Region will be eligible to cast ballots for the Service Designated Eastern Region General Chairperson position.<\/p>\n
