In order to participate in this process you need to send an email to (tdidoshak@iamaw.org) in order to be registered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This trial will deal with the issues that have been outlined in the letter from International President Robert Martinez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/screeners.iamaw.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/31E1E7D0-B0BD-48ED-9246-4FB600098573-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4483\" width=\"219\" height=\"196\" srcset=\"http:\/\/screeners.iamaw.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/31E1E7D0-B0BD-48ED-9246-4FB600098573-1.png 454w, http:\/\/screeners.iamaw.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/31E1E7D0-B0BD-48ED-9246-4FB600098573-1-300x268.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 219px) 100vw, 219px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The trail will deal with the following issues<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>The movement of monies by the President and the Financial Secretary without approval from the Local Lodge Executive board per Local Lodge 2921 by-laws.<\/li><li>\u00a0Statements made by Executive Board members regarding changing to a new union.<\/li><li>The excessive amount of monthly time clearances to Executive Board members.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The trail process will be to accept written submissions from members that wish to address any of these issues, or a member can register and do a verbal submission.<br>There will only be questions from the trail committee to the members that are speaking.<br>There will be no observers during the trail, once you have done your submission and answered any questions you will leave the virtual room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This trail will take one day, once it is concluded the committee will send a report and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>recommendation to International President Martinez for his ruling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please have your submission or email to register in no later than October 21 \/ 2020 at 1200 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Solidarity,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tony Didoshak<br>Trial Committee Chairperson<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6500 Silver Dart Drive, P.O.
