{"id":607,"date":"2012-09-19T18:28:21","date_gmt":"2012-09-19T18:28:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/screeners.iamaw.ca\/?p=607"},"modified":"2012-10-30T14:50:24","modified_gmt":"2012-10-30T14:50:24","slug":"to-all-garda-iamaw-members-at-yyz-ytz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/screeners.iamaw.ca\/?p=607","title":{"rendered":"Seniority Lists posted by Garda \u2013 19 September, 2012"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Please be aware that as per <em>Section 7.4<\/em> of the CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) Garda is posting seniority list for your review.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cSeniority lists shall be revised in September and in February and copies provided to the Local Union&#8217;s Business Representative.\u201d <\/em><\/strong><strong>Section 7.4 CBA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Garda will make available the current seniority list on the website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gardastaffservices.ca\">www.gardastaffservices.ca<\/a> and in the lunchrooms.<\/p>\n<p>It is your responsibility to make sure your seniority date is correct.\u00a0 The date should be the date when you became a <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Screening Officer at Garda<\/span>. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If the date is not correct, please submit a Garda <strong>\u2018Seniority Date Correction Form\u2019<\/strong> stating what is wrong.\u00a0 Supply any and all documentation to support your claim.\u00a0 Deposit it in the HR mailboxes located in Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 no later than <strong>Friday September 28<sup>th<\/sup>, 2012.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In solidarity,<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lou Pagrach<\/p>\n<p>General Chairperson<\/p>\n<p>I.A.M.A.W.
