{"id":741,"date":"2012-10-20T04:08:06","date_gmt":"2012-10-20T04:08:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/screeners.iamaw.ca\/?p=741"},"modified":"2012-10-30T15:09:06","modified_gmt":"2012-10-30T15:09:06","slug":"to-all-members-of-iam-local-lodge-2921","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/screeners.iamaw.ca\/?p=741","title":{"rendered":"EXECUTIVE BOARD NOMINATIONS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nominations for LL 2921 Executive Board will be held on November 15<sup>th<\/sup>, 2012, at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel in the Zermatt room.<\/p>\n<p>A Union meeting will be held for the nominations and to update the membership about ongoing events through:\u00a0 Chief Steward reports, General Chairperson reports, DL 140 Secretary Treasurer report for LL 2921, arbitration updates, and Shop stewards meeting report.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting will start promptly at 14:00h and end at the latest 18:00h<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOMINATION PROCEDURES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You must be present at the meeting to nominate a screener for an Executive Board position.<\/li>\n<li>The person nominated must either be present at the meeting to accept or submit a written acceptance prior to the meeting.<\/li>\n<li>All screeners nominated must have signed an IAMAW union card by December 31, 2011 in order to be qualified to run for office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Written Acceptances:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are not able to be present at the meeting, you can submit a written nomination acceptance.
