NOTICE OF MOTION
The Local Lodge is seeking approval for this motion under article 5, section D, second paragraph, a monthly expense allowance of $35.00 for each Shop Steward, on the condition that their cell phone numbers be posted on the boards in order for the members to contact them.
There will be a maximum of 26 Shop Stewards elected and the total yearly expense amount to the Local will be $ 10,920.00
The Executive board has recommended this motion and is seeking the membership approval at the next monthly meeting which is scheduled for March 21, 2013.
