General Membership Monthly Meeting/ Delegates Election
The general monthly membership meeting and the 2921 Delegates election will take place on Thursday April 18st.
The meeting will run from 11:00 to 14:00 and will be held at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel, Interlaken room located in the terminal 3 departures level.
New Business:
MOTION: The Local Lodge is seeking approval for this motion under article 5, section D, second paragraph, to purchase calendar/agenda’s for each member at a cost of $3.90 per booklet.
Delegates Election:
The election will run from 07:00 to 21:00 and will take place at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel, Lugano room located in the terminal 3 departures level.
Please note for Toronto Island members, the election will run from 09:30 to18:30 and will take place in the members lunchroom located down the hall from the HBS control room.
NOTE: Membership Union Cards will be distributed starting on April 18 during the vote.
