There have been rumours and speculation about whether the labor board will decide that there will be a vote.
As you can understand these types of rumours can be a distraction for the negotiation team.
This is a very critical time not only for the negotiation committee but also for the Screeners.
The negotiation committee needs to focus on negotiating a contract that Screeners can be proud of.
