GARDA SCREENERS BARGAINING UPDATE
Dear Brothers and Sisters:
On Wednesday, August 8, 2018, you voted on a final offer made by Garda regarding your future. In accordance with the recommendation of your Negotiations Committee, you voted to reject the Company’s final offer and also voted by a significant majority in favour of “STRIKE.”
We will be seeking meetings with the Company to move these negotiations forward to a fair resolution. The Union has not served Strike Notice to the Company at this time.
Accordingly, we will continue to serve the flying public with our usual professional standards.
