NOTICE OF MOTION: HARDWARE UPGRADE
Dear Sisters & Brothers,
The Local Lodge is seeking approval for this motion under Article 5, Section D, second paragraph, to purchase Hardware upgrades for the Local Lodge office.
There will be a maximum of 3 computers purchased which will be utilized for all Local Lodge work. The total expense amount per hardware upgrade to the Local will be $1699.99 plus applicable taxes.
The Executive Board has recommended this motion and is seeking the membership approval at the next monthly meeting which is scheduled for August 15 2019.
