Dispensation to extend the terms of office for the PD,GC and ST positions

AND SECRETARY TREASURER OF DISTRICT 140

Dear Brothers and Sisters:

Due to COVID19 health pandemic and its uncertainties, the Transportation District 140 Executive Board has decided to request from the Grand Lodge a dispensation from Articles 5.08 & 5.09 of the Transportation District 140 Bylaws.

The motion was as follows: “The Executive Board requests dispensation from articles 5.08 & 5.09 of the District 140 bylaws to extend the terms of office for the PDGC and ST positions to June 01, 2021 and the new term of office for the PDGC and ST commence on June 01, 2021”.

This dispensation request to articles 5.08 & 5.09 have been approved by the Grand Lodge.

Therefore, this bulletin is to inform our members that the Transportation District 140 Officers positions of President Directing General Chairperson and Secretary Treasurer have been extended to Tuesday, June 01, 2021.
