Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Further to the previous bulletin regarding the Trusteeship trial This bulletin is to outline the process going forward:

This trail will be held Virtually using the Bluejeans video conferencing system. In order to participate in this process you need to send an email to (tdidoshak@iamaw.org) in order to be registered.

This trial will deal with the issues that have been outlined in the letter from International President Robert Martinez.

The trail will deal with the following issues

1. The movement of monies by the President and the Financial Secretary without approval from the Local Lodge Executive board per Local Lodge 2921 by-laws.
2.  Statements made by Executive Board members regarding changing to a new union.
3. The excessive amount of monthly time clearances to Executive Board members.

The trail process will be to accept written submissions from members that wish to address any of these issues, or a member can register and do a verbal submission.
There will only be questions from the trail committee to the members that are speaking.
There will be no observers during the trail, once you have done your submission and answered any questions you will leave the virtual room.

This trail will take one day, once it is concluded the committee will send a report and

recommendation to International President Martinez for his ruling.
