Agenda for bargaining being developed
Dear Brothers and Sisters;
During the week of May 5 to May 1 1, your elected bargaining committee met to receive training and to develop negotiation strategies for our upcoming round of bargaining with Garda.
The IAM Strategic Resources Department made a presentation to your committee based on the bargaining survey conducted in the workplace. Based on your responses we are developing an agenda that will enable us to discuss with Garda the issues that are most important to you.
You have told us that this bargaining session is about fairness and respect. Quality of life is important, and an issue that must be addressed at this time.
Your message will be delivered. By staying strong and united, we will achieve this goal.
ln solidarity,
Your IAM Bargaining Committee
