IAMAW MULTI-EMPLOYER PENSION PLAN
ADDRESS CHANGE

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
This bulletin is to advise all Transportation District 140 members of the IAMAW MultiEmployer Pension Plan (MEPP) that the MEPP administration office will be moving effective February 1, 2022.

The new mailing address for the MEPP is:

All Members should use this new address effective immediately as the return mailing address for all enrollment forms, beneficiary change forms, address change forms or any other correspondence with the MEPP Administrator.

The MEPP phone numbers and website address remain unchanged at www.iammepp.ca. The website remains the best source of information and contact for the MEPP. Members can access and download the Summary Plan Description booklet
as well as enrollment, beneficiary change and address change forms directly from the MEPP website.

The website also contains a Secure Member Login page where all MEPP members can access and view their personal MEPP information, including their profile, pension contributions, pension estimates and annual statements. Members can also contact the MEPP Administrator directly from the Contact page of the website.
