NOTICE
GARDA SCREENERS ARBITRATION UPDATE # 1
FEBRUARY 28, 2022

Dear Sisters and Brothers,

As you may be aware, the Union and the Company had an arbitration on February 10, 2022.

I would like to report the fourteen (14) unresolved grievances were presented in front of the Arbitrator, Mr. Brian Keller.
All fourteen (14) grievances were termination of employment in nature.

1. Six (6) grievances were successful and all six (6) Screeners will
   be back to work.
   
2. Eight (8) grievances were dismissed.
   Some information pertaining to these awards will be shared on the Screener’s website; please refer to it as a guideline.
   
   Please note it is the responsibility of the Screeners to follow the SOP at all times.
