NOTICE OF MOTION
(Hospitality Event)

Dear Sisters & Brothers,

The Local Lodge is seeking approval for this motion under Article 5 Section D, Second paragraph to host a Hospitality event in collaboration with Local Lodge 2323 and 2413 for all delegates and invitees attending the 2022 District Lodge 140 Convention.

The total cost to the Local for the event is not to exceed $6,000.00 with an equal contribution from each Local hosting the event.

The Executive Board has recommended this motion and is seeking the membership approval at the next monthly meeting which is scheduled for September 15 2022.
