NOTICE OF MOTION
(Pocket Calendars)

Dear Sisters & Brothers,

The Local Lodge is seeking approval for this motion under Article 5, section E, second paragraph, to purchase pocket calendar/agenda’s for each member at a cost of $3.30 per booklet plus applicable taxes.

There will be a maximum of 2000 pocket calendar/agenda’s and the total expense amount to the Local will be $ 6,600.00 plus all applicable taxes and fees.

The Executive board has recommended this motion and is seeking the membership approval at the next monthly meeting which is scheduled for March 16, 2023.
