INCENTIVE’S UPDATE # 2

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Your Union leadership and representatives from the Company convened on May 10, 2023, to review the incentive grievances. Over the course of the meeting the Company has furnished the Union with pertinent details to
approximately thirty (30) grievances, it has been noted that in the majority of these instances, the Screener was on leave, vacation or booked off.

Kindly keep in mind that you will not be eligible for the incentive, if you have booked off or were on vacation.

Due to the need to review three (300) grievances and assess each day between June 5 to August 27, this process will take some time to complete.

We are scheduled to meet with the Company next week to obtain further information regarding the remaining grievances.
