NOTICE GARDA SCREENERS INCENTIVE’S UPDATE # 3- JUNE 20, 2023

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
The Union has been in discussions with the company to address incentives related concerns. Both parties have agreed that a company representative will commence daily meetings with Union representatives starting today.

They will review each grievance case by case to verify compliance with the company’s policy criteria, leading to appropriate payment.

Any additional grievances contested by the Union, which are related to the Union policy grievance, will be escalated to arbitration.

Your Union leadership is frustrated with how the company approaches the incentives program.
