Negotiations Update 2023

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Your Negotiations team met on June 27, 2023 to begin preparations for bargaining in 2024. At this initial training session the team reviewed the bargaining survey, discussed strategy and developed internal ground rules.

Your Negotiations team will be in the workplace throughout the month of July discussing with members what they would like to see changed in the collective bargaining agreement and asking members to fill out the bargaining survey. A schedule will be posted via separate bulletin with the times and location of when the Negotiations team will be in the workplace.

It is incredibly important that members take the time to fill out this brief survey.

We are looking forward to getting back to the bargaining table to ensure the Toronto screeners have the best collective agreement in the country.
