NAMES OF CANDIDATES

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Be advised as per Article 11.03.01 of the Transportation District 140 Bylaws, the Atlantic Provinces
General Chairperson closing date for the “acceptance of nomination” letters was Monday, September
25, 2023.

Further to Transportation District 140 Bylaws, Article 11.01.06: “There shall be one (1) designated General Chairperson for the Atlantic Provinces who shall be nominated by and elected AT Large by only those members who are employed in and whose Local Lodge is located in the Atlantic Provinces. Members represented by the designated Atlantic Canada General Chairperson shall not be eligible to vote for either the designated Service or the designated Air Canada General Chairpersons in the Eastern Region.

They are eligible to vote for all Eastern Region AT Large General Chairpersons.”
There will be elections on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 for the AT- LARGE Designated General Chairpersons position. The candidates are listed below in alphabetical order (family name first).
