NAMES OF CANDIDATES

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Be advised as per Article 11.03.01 of the Transportation District 140 Bylaws, the Air Canada Designated
Eastern Region General Chairperson closing date for the “acceptance of nomination” letters was
Monday, September 25, 2023.

Further to Transportation District 140 Bylaws article 11.01.05: “All designated General Chairpersons positions shall be nominated by and elected by the respective membership in each region and affiliated group”

There will be elections on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 for the Air Canada Designated Eastern Region
General Chairpersons position. The candidates are listed below in alphabetical order (family name
first).
 GELINAS, Serge (LL 1751)
 LINGAT, Guillaume (LL 1751)

The Air Canada group members of the Eastern Region are “NOT” eligible to vote for the Service Eastern
Region General Chairperson nor the Atlantic Province General Chairpersons positions.

In accordance to District Bylaw 11.01.08, the Atlantic region membership are “NOT” eligible to vote for
the Air Canada Designated General Chairperson Eastern Region.
