EXECUTIVE BOARD NOMINATIONS
Nominations for LL 2921 Executive Board will be held on November 15th, 2012, at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel in the Zermatt room.
A Union meeting will be held for the nominations and to update the membership about ongoing events through: Chief Steward reports, General Chairperson reports, DL 140 Secretary Treasurer report for LL 2921, arbitration updates, and Shop stewards meeting report.
The meeting will start promptly at 14:00h and end at the latest 18:00h
NOMINATION PROCEDURES:
- You must be present at the meeting to nominate a screener for an Executive Board position.
- The person nominated must either be present at the meeting to accept or submit a written acceptance prior to the meeting.
- All screeners nominated must have signed an IAMAW union card by December 31, 2011 in order to be qualified to run for office.
Written Acceptances:
If you are not able to be present at the meeting, you can submit a written nomination acceptance. The acceptance letter MUST be sent prior to the meeting on 15 November, 2012.
