Brother Keith D’Souza It is with a heavy heart that the Union must inform the Membership of the passing of Brother Keith D’Souza, an IAMAW Shop Steward and fellow YYZ Screening Officer. Keith passed away on October 10th, 2019. He will be greatly missed by those he left behind. A Funeral mass will be held on Saturday October 12. Dear Brothers and Sisters, Be advised as per Article 11.03.01 of the Transportation District 140 Bylaws, the Airport Screener Central Region General Chairpersons closing date for the “acceptance of nomination” letters was Tuesday, October 8, 2019. Further to Transportation District 140 Bylaws, Article 11.01.08: “There shall be one (1) General Chairperson designated for the Airport Screeners. This designated General Chairperson shall be nominated by and elected by only those members who are employed as Airport Screeners in the Central Region.
