Notice of Nomination & Election 2921 Delegates to North American Transportation Conference
Please be advised that at the March 21st, 2013 General Monthly Membership Meeting, Local Lodge 2921 will be accepting nominations for four (4) 2921 Delegates to attend the North American Transportation Conference.
The conference will take place in Las Vegas, NV on August 20-23, 2013
Elections will be held in April at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel.
Polling hours will be from 07:00 hrs till 21:00hrs.
Bylaw of Local Lodge no. 2921 Article 2 Section H
In order for any member to be eligible for nomination to a local lodge office or committee, shop steward, delegate, or any Local Lodge sponsored convention, conference or seminar, the member must be in good standing for a period of one (1) year and have attended at least fifty percent (50%) of the regular Local Lodge monthly meetings in the preceding twelve (12) months of their nomination.
Qualified candidates who will be unable to attend the meeting are asked to please submit their written acceptance of nomination request to the Recording Secretary.
