ATTENTION ALL PART TIME & FULL TIME MEMBERS
RE: Health & Welfare Plan
It is imperative that upon completion of probation or when changing employment status (from Part-time to Full time), that you contact the company within 30days to complete all necessary documents in reference to your health and welfare plan.
Section 28.2
The cost of the Health and Welfare Plan shall be paid for and administered by the Company.
The Health and Welfare Plan will have the equivalent benefits as the ones provided for in the booklet of January 2010 with the exception that non generic drugs will be covered at 80% and generic drugs at a 100%.
