GARDA SCREENERS
FREE COVID-19 ANTIGEN TEST KIT

Dear Sisters and Brothers,

Your Union has reached an agreement with the Company to provide free
Covid-19 Antigen testing kits to our members that are partially vaccinated.
This agreement will save our partially vaccinated members a significant
amount of money per week in Covid-19 related testing costs. The agreement
is as follows:

1. The Company will supply the Union with any material related to the
   Covid-19 Antigen test kit and the instructional video for the Union to
   provide to members.
   
2. Subject to availability from the Company, the Covid-19 Antigen test kit
   should be available early next week in the Union offices.
   
3. All employees on Stream A have been contacted by the Company
   and advised to report to work next week and informed they would be
   removed from LOA and placed on a regular schedule.
   
4. The Covid-19 Antigen test kit and a reminder to upload the weekly
   attestation communicated in the A stream package will be picked up
   at the T1 & T3 Union office.
   
   Your Union will be filing grievances for any Screener that is placed on unpaid
   leave due to being unvaccinated or didn’t disclose their vaccine status. As
   you are aware, we find the mandatory vaccine policy unreasonable.
   Please be guided accordingly.
