GREAT NEWS!!! The Canada Industrial Relations Board has ruled that Toronto Screeners will determine their own future by proceeding to a vote on which union they want to represent them. After more than a year of dealing with intimidation, threats and secret deals, Toronto Screeners can proudly say, “I stood strong and now I WILL DECIDE.” In its concise and explicit 7-page decision, the Board stated that the IAM “… has majority support among members of the bargaining unit.” The

You have told us what is important to you as screeners and we have been listening. If the IAM is successful in being elected as your union of choice, your elected bargaining committee (made up of fellow screeners) will ensure that you NOT lose what you currently have in your contract.
