Dear Brothers and Sisters,The IAMAW has now concluded the arbitration for the Incentive Program grievances.We are pleased to report that the IAMAW was successful in these arbitrations and an award was issued. The Union filed a series of grievances, which now number over three hundred (300), alleging a breach of the Termsof Garda’s Summer Incentive program.Several meetings/hearings were held to resolve the outstanding grievance issues.
